Additional Values in Delivery Service Type Field

Hi All,

 

Good Day.

 

I would like to add 'Rural Mail Box' value for 'Delivery Service Type - DELI_SERV_TYPE' field in CRM.

Can someone tell me the IMG path or t-code to configure this?

Account Creation - Error [ Save is not possible]

Hi,

 

I have done the required customization for business partner creation and from GUI ( transaction BP) I am able to create a partner successfully without any issue.

 

Now I tried to create the business partner from the IC Web client. I am facing the following issue. Kindly help me to resolve this issue. Any kind of proper pointer would be appreciated.

 

-> From UTIL_IC_LEAN business role I am able to create person successfully.

-> From UTIL_IC_REG business role I am able to 'create person' and save it only when I previously confirmed an entity. If I log on to the UTIL_IC_REG business role and try to 'create person', I am getting an error 'Save is not possible'.

-> From UTIL_IC_REG business role if I execute a search and confirm an entity and then end interaction / clear interaction. Then if I do  'create person', it will get saved properly without any error.

 

I am attaching a screen dump for your understanding.

CRM Middleware - Queue Stuck: User is Locked/Doesn't Exist

Hello SAP Experts,

 

I'm facing the following issue in both our SAP CRM 5.0 and 7.0:

 

There are several Queues in SMQ1 and SMQ2 which display the following errors:

 

     - User is Locked: Please inform responsabile

     - User account no longer exists or is not valid

 

 

After checking with Security, the issue is that these users do not belong to the Company anymore or are locked for a particular reason (they already left the company and cannot be unlocked).

 

The queues affected by this problem are of this type:

 

CSABUPA*

CRM_BT_LRP*

WFM_CORE2PUBLISH

 

How could I process these Queues without unlocking these users? Is there a way to Change the Users under which these Queues are processed?

 

I've tried reading forums regarding this but I was unable to find any issue similar to mine.

 

I'll greatly appreciate any sort of tip.

FLash Island intergration with CRM WEB UI : DUMP

Hi,

 

We are using Adobe FLEX integration with Web UI, currently we are facing one issue related to binding of data from CRM table view to FLEX component.

 

For this we have followed the procedure mentioned in Thomas Jung Tutorial and compared it with SAP standard Component WFDGANTT also, But the behavior is not same as expected.

 

Requirement: We have an assignment block (component) ZRBA_RISKSCORE; for which we have to represent the table data into “clustered Bar Chart” in web UI. The standard SAP provided Bar chart does not provide a clustered charting for the table data.

 

Enhancement and Problem Faced:  For the above requirement we tried to implement SAP “Flash Island” with integration to Adobe Flex. We took reference of SAP standard component “WFDGANTT” and View “WFDGANTT/FlexResGantt” .

 

But in binding of data with Context node attribute, we are getting dump.

 

The code for binding has been given below with reference to SAP standard and has been done in the HTM VIew.

Upload Material Classification in CRM using CLASS Adapter

Hi,


We would like to import material classification from ECC to CRM. For this purpose we would like to use the class, attributes and objcl adapter. We started by setting up the class adapter and setting up filter using R3AC1 for a internal class number. The configuration in ECC is complete. When we execute R3AS for BDOC type CLASS_MESSAGE and try to import the classification BDOC status is F02 and the data is corrected imported in the BDOC. But this data is not saved in the CLASS tables KLAH and SWOR.


We checked TCode SMW3FDIF in CRM and the function module CRM_CLASSIFICATION_CLASS_VAL is correctly maintained as the Validation Function module. We know that the class adapter import is not supported by the standard. We would like to know the steps to make the changes in configuration and code to make this work.


We have also tried to setup a breakpoint in function module CRM_CLASSIFICATION_CLASS_VAL to debug and check and but the debugging did not work

  3. BDOC in status F02 and classification data present in the BDOC

Unable to fetch customer group details

Hi All,

 

I need to pass customer group( the one in billing) to ecc. I fetched guid from BUT000 table. Then i obtained SET_GUID from

CRMM_BUT_LNK0141. This set guid i am entering in the table

CRMM_BUT_SET0030 to fetch customer group. But i am not able to fetch the value. Is there i am doing anything wrong?

Hi Experts,

 

I am using CRM_MAX_QUEUE_NUMBER_DELTA parameters to control the number of queues entering in CRM from ECC.
I have added  following entry in table CRMPAROLTP in ECC:

Parameter Name : CRM_MAX_QUEUE_NUMBER_DELTA
Param. Name 2 : MATERIAL
Param. Name 3 :
User  : CRM
Param. Value : 5
Param. Value 2 :
 
After making above changes, we still have lot of queues coming from ECC where only 5 queues are expected. Looks like this parameter is not used while creating queues for material changes in ECC.

Am I missing something?

TPM Process: Multiple CRM scenario

Hi gurus,

quick question on MCRM in the TPM context. I want to set up for a given BU a CRM-TPM instance. In Another BU there's already CRM/TPM in place.

The list of scenarios to manage is pretty comprehensive: funds management, promotion planning, pricing/rebate integration, accrual calculation in ECC eand exchange with CRM, Claims Management with settlement to invoice.

I've seen there're few notes to enable this scenario (893047, 815061, 805445, 632323) but i see also SAP is recommending a packaged consulting offer on that so i wonder why SAP do so if the MCRM is enabled through the notes mentioned.

Has anybody experience with that?

BDOC Error: A product with the XXXXX already exists

Hi Experts,

 

1) I am replicating products from ECC to CRM and getting Bdoc's in error state stating error "A product with the already exists". I have checked in table

COMM_PRODUCT in CRM but entries are not exists for these error products.

Message no. SMW3018

 

2) I found somehow initial load is also not responding properly when replicating Materials from ECC->CRM because products are remaining in ECC and then I am replicating it through request load. What is the issue? Please help.

 

 

I am using ECC6.0 and CRM 7.1 versions. Please help to rectify this.

Can't enable the extendable set type attributes in product search UI

Hi all,

 

I'm facing a product search issue, please help on it.

I follow the note 1026956 to add set type attribute extend WebUI product search. The steps are as below:

1.     Maintained in the customizing table CRMC_PRSEA_ATTR

2.     Enhanced the Search structure(CRMT_PRIL_QUERY_ADVSEARCH_PROD) via the append structure

 

Now I can see the set type attributes in product search component PRD01QR -> view PRD01QR/Search -> Context Nodes SEARCH. But the set type attributes don't exist in WebUI configuration tab. I can't enable the set type attributs in product search UI.

Issue with product_mat bdoc

Dear Experts,

 

I have configured middleware for replication of articles from SAP ECC to CRM(7.0) and the articles are getting replicated properly.

i am not able to understand that what changes in ECC initiates generation of  a product _mat bdoc in CRM.

 

I am facing an issue in which bdoc are getting triggered for product but i am not able to track corresponding changes in ECC for that article.

I have checked change history for that product in MM43, but to no avail.

 

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Error "postal code must have length 5 or 10" while creating Sales Order from CRM

Hi All,

 

We have created a BP with his US Address including 5 digit Postal code number and saved. We have pushed this BP to R3 by adding the BP role "Sold to Party" before creating a sales order but  While creating Sales Order from CRM we are getting Error "postal code must have length 5 or 10" and system is not letting us to save the CRM Sales Order.

 

As per the Note 707113 i have checked the settings in my system and the value 0 is already maintained.

 

In transaction SE11. Enter 'PR005' as a domain. Press 'Change'. Go to the Value Range tab page. Insert the new fixed value: '0', short description: 'Deactivation of postal code check for USA.'. Save  and activate the change

 

Why system is throwing this error while creating a sales order why not during the creating of BP?

 

Some one please help me in resolving this issue.

Create a service contract under SAP CRM

I try to create a service contract under SAP CRM with transaction code CRMD_ORDER but when I click on "Create" button, nothing display !

 

Is it possible to create a contract under SAP CRM ?

 

In the end, I would like to replicate a contract from CRM to ISU.

Steps to follow for the Replication of custom tables related to BP from CRM to ECC using Middleware

Hi ALl,

 

I need to Replicate the data filled in the Custom Tables related to BP ( Created in CRM ) from CRM to ECC using Middlware.

 

Few Custom tables are filled when BP is created in Web UI and few custom Filled using Interfaces.

 

I am aware of configuring the FM's in CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU and COMM_BUPA_CALL_FU tables.

 

Can any one pls let me know

 

1. The steps i need to do in order to Enhance the necessary structures and FM's and replicate the same to ECC

 

2. How to replicate the Table data which is getting uploaded using interfaces in CRM to ECC using Middleware..

   i believe this doesnt happen.. correct me if i am wrong .. And i believe this replication happens only via RFC.

 

 

Pls help me asap !!


Organization model replication from ECC to CRM

Hello Experts,

 

We are facing an issue in replicating the org model from ECC to CRM. When we try to generate the model in the path

Customer Relationship ManagementMaster DataOrganization management  Data transfer  Copy ECC Sales structure

the data transfer ends with error. In the error CRM sales org number, CRM sales office number etc come out to be blank. When we try to manually create an organization and mapp them to the same sales org, sales office the data is saved.

Please help.

CRM Sales order replication - Qty change

Dear all,

 

I am facing an issue in CRM sales order change. After I create sales order in CRM and it gets replicated to ECC.

 

Once it get replicated to ECC , the line item status is "successfully distributed " with green light.

 

Once this happens I could not able to make any changes in Quantity and date.

 

Since our CRM system is leading system , we will change the sales order quantity and requested date etc.

 

If this is going to be system behavior , I am afraid why SAP CRM designed like.

Turning Bdoc On & Off, & its monitoring

Hi All.

 

We have got a requirement where in we are planning on loading a large volume of BP in our CRM system and also be creating realtionship for them. The volume is ecpected to in excess of 250,000 + records.

 

Since the volume of the data is too large, i would like to know how can i switch off the Bdoc from being generated and once all the load has taken place, how can i turn them back on to start the bdoc processing again , and monitor them to check for an errors.

Some customer numbers of ECC is not flowing into CRM through CRM-middleware.

Hi,

 

I have configured delta loading in R3AC1 for CUSTOMER_MAIN object with filter condition kna1-kunnar low = 050000000 and high = 0599999999 in  CRM7.0 system to transfer customer number (kna1-kunnar) from ECC system to CRM. some of customer numbers  are not flowing through middle ware.

There are no entries struck in queues and no error messages in smw01.

 

But whenever i reprocessed those particular customer numbers using R3AR2 & R3AR4 , those are flowing successfully.

 

Can anyone please tell me why those customer numbers are not flowing under delta loading process.,and  i am not getting to where those numbers are going , because there are no queues strucked and no error messages.

Equipment replication from ECC to CRM

Hello All,

 

Please help me to resolve the equipment issue replication from ECC to CRM.

 

There two equipment's are not replicating from ECC to CRM system, I have checked equipment in IH10,there was a wrong assignment of the contact person, we corrected the partner function and re-process the B doc in CRM system still we are getting the below error messages, please help what needs to corrected from ECC and CRM perspective to resolve this issue.
