I have BDocs in outbound queue which are in stuck stage with error as "Fill in all required entry fields" ; this is happening for the customer . I could find out that one of the mandatory field of customer master is not maintained in ECC which is maintained in CRM. The field is mandatory only in ECC not in CRM.
In order to generate BDOC i am initially removing the value in CRM from BP, so that both customer and BP doesn't have the mandatory field value and then again re-entering it. The value flows from CRM to ECC; but when i try to re-process the stuck BDoc the changes are once again reverted back. i.e. mandatory field value gets deleted from the customer master in ECC.
Is there an alternative way where this can be achieved.
