BDOC is getting failure to update BP address

Hi Expert,

Whenever we are updating standard address of BP from CRM , its getting failure to update in ISU system.

Below message is coming

'Customer 51269 is Inconsistene w/o Address, Address Therefore Not Dele'.

Message number = 303

Message type     = XV

We are getting this message in production environment . Not able to replicate this issue in test environment.

So please put your thought in this issue.
