How to transfer CRM Employee to ECC

Hi Team,

We have requirement to move CRM BP ( Role employee )  to SAP ECC. We already have SAP HR but customer doesn't want those to be used with this. He is OK for Duplication of second entry on the same employee but they don't want to be Integrated SAP HR / with ECC / CRM.

So my question to the Forum -

How we can transfer CRM Employee to ECC.

How does this employee can be used with ER ( employee repsonsible ) partner function in ECC Orders.

Any one any ideas will be really helpful.
