BP Replication starts before Initial Download

Hello

     We have a fresh ECC and CRM set up.

     I just configure the basic middleware set up including registering the Queues and Customizing download from ECC to CRM.

     Since we donot have data in ECC, I wanted to create them before Business Object download.

     But when I created a new BP in ECC, system is starting to replicate that into CRM before I start the initial download.

     And I saw the BDOC is getting failed in SMW01 for some valid reason which is understandable. 

    But the questions are:

       1. Why BP is replicating from ECC to CRM before Initial Load ?

       2. How to stop this ?

       3. Will Request based Data load is equal to Initial Load ? Questions here is that will Request Load activate the Delta download automatically ?
