Hi gurus,
quick question on MCRM in the TPM context. I want to set up for a given BU a CRM-TPM instance. In Another BU there's already CRM/TPM in place.
The list of scenarios to manage is pretty comprehensive: funds management, promotion planning, pricing/rebate integration, accrual calculation in ECC eand exchange with CRM, Claims Management with settlement to invoice.
I've seen there're few notes to enable this scenario (893047, 815061, 805445, 632323) but i see also SAP is recommending a packaged consulting offer on that so i wonder why SAP do so if the MCRM is enabled through the notes mentioned.
Has anybody experience with that?
