Convert Business Partner PERSON to Business Partner ORGANIZATION

Dear experts,

By accident several Business Partners have been created as PERSON. However, they should have been created as ORGANIZATION. All these BPs have been used for a while already so creating new BPs is something we want to avoid.

Is there a conversion program (or something like that) available to change the grouping from PERSON to ORGANIZATION?

If not, is there another way to chang this grouping?
