which scenarios HRALXSYNC program archives BP

Hi All,

I want to know in which scenarios HRALXSYNC program archives a business partner.

I mean if HR system sends data to CRM and empoyee is terminated in HR then in CRM BP is marked as cenrtal block.

Is there any scenario where BP in CRM will be archived by program HRALXSYNC for employee action change in HR system?

Is it that this program is not marking BP as archived at all?
