I am a Basis consultant. I am working on the ECC to CRM system integration activity.
We have an issue where in the BP tcode screen, the functional teams are able to create person/organization/ group in all the clients except client 400.
In Client 400 the BP screen is greyed out and we are not able to create any record. This is happening for all the users. The same user is able to create in other clients.
As a Basis consultant, I have checked the roles/authorizations for users between clients and also the client and system global settings, name spaces etc. I am not finding anything conclusive for this to occur. The functional teams are also clueless on this.
Does any one have any suggestion or solution to resolve this?
