I am getting the below error:
An address with GUID XXXX does not exist for business partner XXXX
I have checked the table BUT020 in CRM and could not find the related GUID. I don't know the table in ECC to find the address GUID.
BDOCs are failing for this BP with this error and i am unable to figure out the reason.

Hi All,
I am facing the issue while doing the initial load for customer material information record. As per the information of the sap note i have deleted parent adapter object BUPA_MAIN and added customer_main. i have tried but still the problem coming by saying Parent not O.K.:Customer_main. i have removed this customer_main also but now again am getting Parent not O.K.:MATERIAL. So finally it is not even moved a bit ahead. Please have a look and revert me.

We want block SERVICE BILLING authorization for the particular users.
In the role we have ZROLE_FOR_SERIVECE_BILLING
We delete the USER IDs n try to but still it is authorized.
Plz provide the procedure to block users for the particular service billing.

We are using IPC in SAP CRM for configuring a material.Configuration model is maintained in ECC using Variant Configuration.We also create KB objects and generate KB runtime versions manually on every Configuration Profile create or change(CU41 or Cu42) in ECC,This triggers the delta for MW object "SCE" to sync KB's into CRM.
Our requirement is to programatically create KB objects and programatically generate KB RTVs each time user creates a configuration profile(Tcode CU41 in ECC ) or change a configuration profile(TCode CU42 in ECC) so that the changes in the configuration profile in ECC are replicated to CRM via MW SCE object.
Has anybody achieved this auto creation of KB objects and auto creation/generation of KB runtime versions on Configuration Profile change in ECC and how?

I am facing a issue,My requirement is that i have to create Iobject and business agrement and link between both while creation of Business partner and this should reflect to the ECC system.
All its happening fine,Now we have added two extra field in CRM BP_ID and Case_id using Set Type in Iobject and filling these value while creation of link between Iobject and business agrement using code.
Every thing working fine in crm side.
In ecc we have enhanced the table DPSOB_BP_ACC to capture the value BP_ID and Case_id .I am getting the value in ecc side i checked while debuging the middle ware,Now please let me how will i map these value so it will store the value BP_ID and Case_id in table DPSOB_BP_ACC
Note-Creation Iobject, business agrement and link between both of them all its happening with the code in CRM side

Hello All,
I am tryiung to transfer some missing materials from ECC to SRM. Some materials of material type ZSV1 are available in SRM, but some are missing
and i checked in R3AC1 filter is not having this type ZSV1.
I have configured R3AR2 for selected material type configured it like this ....
Table - MARA
Field Name - MTART
Incl/Excl - Inclusive defined set/array
Option - Equality (= low)
Low - ZSV1
After R3AR2, I started load through R3AR4 and even after one hours status in R3AR3 is still showing as Running.
Checked in ECC (in SMQ1) and queue is showsing status as STOP. I got another queue MASS_EBP_MATERIA* started at the same time with status STOP. But this queue MASS_EBP_MATERIA* is showing destination as NONE.
Can someone help.

We have a requirement like In ECC Client wants to adding a very large number of "new" accounts to their system representing Trade Organizations needed by the Contracts team. We would like to prevent them from coming into CRM. Would it be possible to update the middle ware filter so that business partners with Customer Class = "TO" do not flow through to CRM ?
I have Done the setting in CRM Filter Option with the T code R3AC1

Hello,
I have created a Zcustomer table in ECC ( A888 ) with fields Sales Organization and Country, Assigned it to Access Sequence of condition type PR00 and created a condition record . Now I want it to replicate the Condition table and record to CRM.
For this I have done the following steps :
Created a new adapter object in R3AC5 , Gave it Initial Flow Contexts with source site, tables , Function Module ( CND_MAP_MAST_EXCHANGE_MAIN_MBD )) with call order 1.2 ( Copied from another standard adapter object ) and synchronized through block processing tab, and Linked BDOC Type : CND_MAST_DEEP_SUP
Run the Initial Load of this adaptor object in R3AS and checked in R3AM1 where its status is yellow , Checked in SMQ2 where the queue was showing sysfail and Error in mapping details ( Transaction : SMW01 ).
Checked in smw01 its giving Mapping error with error code : E08
Please help what could be the reason or what are the correct steps to the task I am trying to do .
* I have just created a table CUS_888 in the CRM system reading the error in the screenshot but it's still the same. I can't create CUS888 because it's not allowing ( Error is for CUS888 table ) .

Dear All,
We are replicating our material master from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0. We are missing few standards field in CRM when they are replicated from ECC. They are:
ECC field - Old Material Number MARA - BISMT
ECC field - Ext. Matl Group MARA - EXTWG
Any inputs would be appreciated in getting the above fields from ECC to CRM. Are there any corresponding field in CRM where we can map to?

Dear experts,
By accident several Business Partners have been created as PERSON. However, they should have been created as ORGANIZATION. All these BPs have been used for a while already so creating new BPs is something we want to avoid.
Is there a conversion program (or something like that) available to change the grouping from PERSON to ORGANIZATION?
If not, is there another way to chang this grouping?

Hello CRM specialists,
we are currently facing a strange replication isssue concerning address changes in ECC.
In general the replication of address data of customers is working perfectly fine, but in some cases it just doesn't work at all.
Basically the problem is that we do not receive a BDoc when an address gets changed in ECC and therefore we have different address data in ECC and CRM. But this is not happening every time and up to now we were not able to find a case where we could reproduce it. Sometimes it just happens and sometimes not.
For example when an address gets changed in ECC (city, postal code, street, house number, etc.) we will either have a BDoc and everything is replicated nicely or we do not have a BDoc and the changes are not replicated to CRM.
Did somebody encounter this problem and can give me some hints what might be wrong here?

2. Where we can find the relavant tables of ECC/CRM,like BUT00,COMMPROD1,etc...
3. What are the mandatory conditions when we are replicating pricing conditions.
4.How to handle an error less production system like no BDoc errors/Validation errors.
5. What are the normal errors while replicating the Product.
6. What are most critical adapter objects while replicating(means where more issues comes)
Please share your valuable information which will be more helpful. I have no objection if you share the links or information or threads or pdfs. I am ready to take what ever your suggestion ( other than do R&D

successfully. But during replicating DNL_CUST_PROD0 am receiving dump in SMQ1 ( Outbound queue ) of SRM. Message in queue is "SYS.Failed
and in backend am receiving below dump

Hi Guys,
There is something strange happening with this object (for me atleast).
When the object download is scheduled via a Job then all the entries are not being download to CRM table (CRMC_PRC_GRP1).
The same when am executing it manually via R3AS then it brings everything. I believe both the things are same and there shouldn't be any difference.
Can someone suggest, what could be missing. (User JOBRUN has SAP ALL role assigned, NO filters anywhere)

Dear experts,
we started some request loads to transfer contracts from IS-U (ERP) Site to our CRM System. Checking the ingoing queue in CRM, we receive lots of errors with the description "No entry in SMOFRSTAT with this REF_ID."
Nearly all entries are still in the queue:
Checking transaction r3ar3 shows the following: Some of these objects have already been replicated successfully:
We have also checked for note 875785 but it's already implemented.
Do you have any ideas?

Hi Guys,
For Contact person replication from CRM to ECC, what Config work needs to be done so that during replication, the process will copy the address to the business address also along with the Home address? Can the standard config will be able to do with this requirement or need to have additional development?.
